11. TEJATI Campus Converge: Jobs Activation Hangout (Edition 2)

This will be where skills and dreams connect. Building on the success of the first edition, this second Campus Converge event aims to further integrate youth jobseekers, innovators, and students into the dynamic TEJATI ecosystem. It provides an enhanced platform for continuous skill development and direct engagement with career opportunities.

Attendees will participate in practical workshops focused on crafting compelling CVs, building robust career portfolios, and navigating the landscape of real-time job opportunities available across Kenya’s transformation economies. This hangout is designed to empower young individuals with the tools and connections necessary to confidently pursue their career aspirations and contribute meaningfully to the nation's economic growth.

Edition 2 will introduce advanced workshops on niche skills relevant to emerging industries, such as AI fundamentals, blockchain basics, and advanced digital marketing. Career labs will provide one-on-one coaching sessions, allowing participants to refine their professional narratives and interview techniques. Networking sessions will connect jobseekers directly with recruiters from TEJATI partner companies and organizations. The event will also feature a "Job Fair" component, where companies actively seeking talent will have booths to interact with potential candidates. Success stories from participants of the first edition will inspire and motivate new attendees, reinforcing the tangible benefits of engaging with the TEJATI ecosystem and its commitment to fostering youth employment and innovation.
